Custom Orders
Would you like a unique picture created especially for you? We create artworks based on your photo, design, or idea.
To place a custom order, follow these steps:
Step 1 – Prepare your design or photo**
Choose a high-quality image or describe your idea in detail. The clearer the image, the better the final result.
Step 2 – Send us your request via e-mail
Email us at embroportrait@gmail.com with the subject line "Custom Order" and include:
- The photo or design you want us to embroider
- Desired size of the picture
- Any text or additional elements (if needed)
- Your contact details (name and e-mail)
Step 3 – Order confirmation
We will reply to your e-mail within 1–2 business days to discuss the details and send you a preview (if applicable).
Step 4 – Production & delivery
After your confirmation and payment, we will begin production.

Step 5 – Receiving your order
Your order will be shipped via Nova Poshta Global with a tracking number, which will be sent to your e-mail.
