Yes! You can order a custom image of your pet, portrait or any other image. You can leave your contact information and we will contact you. Or go to the product and order it.
How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Production usually takes 5-7 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:
Europe: 7-14 business days
USA and Canada: 10-18 business days
Other countries: 10-21 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free worldwide. No hidden fees.
What shipping service do you use?
We ship all orders via Nova Poshta Global with tracking. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Can I see a preview before you start production?
Yes. For custom designs, we always send a digital preview for your approval before we start embroidery or production.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at embroportrait@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
